Just the reports
Choose “Some of your information”, then tick only “Followers and following”.
What your reports and Cleanup need, and nothing else. It makes the smallest file.
Guide
Instagram will make you a copy of your data, for free. UNF reads that copy to build your reports. This guide shows how to ask for it, which boxes to tick, and what each one gives you in UNF.
A copy of your Instagram data that Instagram makes for you.
An export is a copy of your Instagram data. Instagram makes it for you when you ask. It costs nothing and changes nothing on your account.
You ask for the file on Instagram’s own website, signed in to Instagram. UNF never sees your password and never signs in as you.
You choose the file in UNF, and UNF reads it on your iPhone. The file stays there. For your reports, UNF uploads only the usernames in your followers and following lists, after you confirm.
Instagram emails you when the file is ready. Only Instagram decides how long that takes.
Instagram asks what to put in the file. Either answer works with UNF.

Choose “Some of your information”, then tick only “Followers and following”.

Choose “All available information”, then set Format to JSON.
This works too. UNF reads the parts it needs and skips the rest. The file is much bigger.
For anyone picking boxes by hand on Instagram’s list. Some of these features are part of UNF Pro.
Eight steps in Safari. The same steps as the guide inside UNF.
Go to accountscenter.instagram.com/info_and_permissions/dyi/ in Safari on your iPhone. Use Safari, not the Instagram app: inside the app, this page can stop with “This page isn’t available right now”.
Safari shows Instagram’s own login page. You are signing in to Instagram, not to UNF, and UNF never sees your password.
It is the first option on the page. If you land on Your information and permissions, open Download your information first.
If several accounts are listed, tick only the one you want UNF to read, then tap Next.
Choose Some of your information, then tick Followers and following. It is the box your reports need. All available information works too.
Not Transfer to destination. The file has to reach your iPhone.
Instagram picks HTML by default. Change Format to JSON, which keeps the date each follow started; HTML still works for the follower reports, without those dates. Set Date range to All time, then tap Create files.
Instagram emails you when the file is ready. Open the link in Safari and tap Download. Then open UNF and choose the file. A big export can come in several parts: download every part and choose them all.
An export is one moment. It never updates itself. To see who unfollowed you, add a newer export later, and UNF compares the two.
